Principle
■ DWP Squirt air mesh belt dryer is a kind of special designed belt dryer. Hot air will squirt on raw material loading on mesh belt from slit or holes at bottom or upper side. Because squirting air speed can reach 15m/second so heat transfer is very fast and drying speed is fast too. This kind of equipment is suitable for drying gastight material. Upper squirt air will return to the upper side; bottom squirt air will return to the bottom side . Those returned air will recycled use in mesh belt chamber. Heating source can be steam. or electric heater, hot air furnace or any other air.
